My Coke Rewards is a website that you can use to enter points from Coca-Cola products. The points are available on many products, for example, a 20-ounce bottle has a 3-point code on the cap, and a 12-pack of cans has a 10-point code inside the box.
I have been saving Coke reward points for several years now and I have redeemed for some great prizes. A couple years back I redeemed a bunch of codes for 2 photo books, prints, and photo posters from Snapfish, and most recently, I redeemed points for a $25 Home Depot gift card.
The rewards change frequently, so if you don't see any rewards you are interested now, they will change soon.
I think it's worth it to save these points if you buy or drink Coca-Cola products. We don't buy these frequently, but over time you save a lot of points.

So as you can see, these points can add up. We buy Coke products for holiday parties, the occasional drink I purchase at work, and then I enter the points on the site. You can get some great stuff!

The Beginning
Welcome! I decided to start this blog because my husband and I are working to become debt-free. Well, at least for the consumer debt that we have - credit cards, auto loans, etc.
My plan is for next year to be called "No Spend Year". This is where we will not spend on things that are not necessary. We will use the extra money to pay down our debt. I believe that my husband and I will give ourselves a small allowance to spend however we please. He likes to go out with his fire department friends once a week, and I do like my once a week lunch out since I pack most days.
In this blog, I will talk about our journey since I believe it will be a tough one. I like to shop. I like great deals. But on the other hand, I like to be frugal. I cut coupons. I sign up for free samples. I will share some of this on my blog, along with ways that I make extra money online. Not much extra money, but a few minutes here and there add up to a few extra dollars.
I will be sharing our journey here because I think it will hold myself more accountable. Plus I would like to share some of the things I've learned to save money or make the most of what you have.
I will be importing some of my former blog posts on my old blog here shortly. This will include some of my money saving tips.
