Proctor & Gamble offers free coupon books occasionally. These books have $35+ worth of coupons for their various brands and they usually have decent expiration dates. I have even received coupons for free products in mine before.
Rumor has it that you can sign up for books under all of the links below. I'm not 100% sure if it will work since the page looks the same - but the links are a little different.
